What will my child do? Will my child have enough food? Yes a cooked breakfast, lunch and evening meal are all included within the price They also have a drink and snack before bedtime as well a juice breaks with biscuits during the day

Sleeping arrangements Separate areas for boys and girls with staff next door on each side Children in dorms of between 6 -12 All bedding provided Showers on one side There are options of multi bedded dorms (4 – 12 beds) for students, with most offering en-suite facilities. Rooms are a mixture of twins and singles, mostly with en-suite facilities within the same building as the children. Senior Staff Members are on duty until 10:30pm each day with Night Staff patrolling between the hours of 10:30pm and 07:30am. Centre doors are secured in the evening, but can be opened in case of emergency and security barriers guard the entrance to the site.

What does my child need to take? A full kit list is available Please do not buy new clothes as they will only get muddy!

What am I paying for? Full board accommodation Full activity programme Full holiday insurance Evening entertainment programme 1:8 free places for accompanying adults Additional free places for carers on a 1:4 basis One dedicated multi-trained instructor per activity group for the duration of your trip, helping students to reach their full potential through trust and support Achievement certificates Coach travel to and from venue

Times and dates We will leave school on Monday 21 October after morning registration at about 9am. Will return back to school on Thursday 24 October at about 3pm

Health and safety Have carried a reconnoitre of the site and been on visit Have received a risk assessment from the centre and coach companies Security within the site is very high Children will have clear guidelines for safety when carrying out the activities Clear behaviour boundaries – we will not take children who cannot behave in school

Medicines Parents to fill in questionnaires about medical needs and a first aider will be on the visit with the school. Site has own first aider Prescribed medicines will be administered Others e.g. travel sick tablets can be stored with us
