Colorado River Project CO River supports some of the fastest growing areas in the country: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, and DENVER Sustains 30 million people Home to many endangered species Exceler8s’ goal: BRIDGE SELF INTERESTS OF STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH EDUCATION AND DONATIONS Exceler8s goal: bridge self interests of stakeholders thru educ. And donations to come together for common purpose- to help CO river project! More stats on steve’s stats sheet

Exceler8s Festival 2009 2010 Silverton Winter Park/Jones Pass Smaller scale event Exposure 70 participants Enhanced website/marketing Lack of awareness/education Increased expectations Foundation for event Lessons from last year taken into account Reform and build from the ground up Foundation different- established brand last time and learning from what happened We need to provide factual evidence ( ie numbers) around 14k last year with anticipated 30k this year. 70 guests to 150. We thought that most of the info on the exceler8s today should be covered or touched on in this slide. I think that the info, when comparing, will directly correlate to these problems addressed. Sponsor: increase chances of sponsor support by incentivizing WP/JP: drive revenue in a tight economy. EVERYONE.
