Acheivements in 2016 Govt. of Jharkhand sanctioned 158 crs. for repair & new construction work. New software technology park founded in campus during Nov 2016 that was inaugurated by Chief Minister Raghuwar Das and Cabinet Minister Ravishanker Prasad. At the end of year the institute got its new director Dr. D.K.Singh, an 1984 batch alumnus of our college and the HOD of ECE department of NIT, Patna. Shri A.K.Jha, Director Technical, NTPC, facilitated installation of solar panel in academic building of BIT Sindri.
