BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATION (1) Situation due of the Global Economy Crisis: Make Industrial Relation Changed – Regular being Irregular Permanent  Contract Reduction of new jobs for the youth group High Youth Unemployment Rate

BACKGROUND & JUSTIFICATION (2) The youth workers are suffer ; They Aged around 15 – 25 years. In Spite of High Education, Given low wage No Job Security or Stabilizing Abandon of Job Seeking

TARGET GROUP The Youth Group Aged 15 – 29 For example: - Fast food – part timer Coffee chain store – part timer Gas station – part timer Unemployment youth group

DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES To promote job security and decent work rather than creating short-term work. Introduction of youth quota system To increase government spending for creating job opportunities for youth.

ACTIVITIES (1) Providing Consultation services and supporting to youth group on establishment union. Collecting & Allocating Funds to Organizing (1) Decision in steering committee and advertisement campaign (2) Reform of legislation and institution
