Figure 4 Demographic Modeling of Genomic Data Using ∂a∂i, we tested several demographic models in order to estimate the timing of hybridization onset between golden-winged and blue-winged warblers. (A) Model A specifies an ancestral population that, at time Ts, split into two subpopulations with gene flow (m) at a constant rate. Model B allows for the possibility of asymmetric migration rates (mBG and mGB). Model C allows for no gene flow until time Tm, with constant asymmetric migration rates between the two subpopulations afterward.
