Asexual Reproduction Binary Fission: Budding: Regeneration: Cell division in Prokaryotes (Bacteria) Chromosome attaches to cell membrane, copies, cell grows, and divides into 2 cells Budding: A small “bud” (miniature copy) grows on the side of the parent When large enough, the bud drops from the adult Regeneration: Regrowth of lost body parts
