Organizational Text Structures Objective: You will be able to identify and analyze the organizational text structures of a piece of nonfiction by using words and phrases associated with each organizational structure.

Expository Text and its types

Example Hot air balloons are very popular. One reason is the thrill of flying in the open air. Another reason is the many colorful designs of the balloons. Since the novel, Around the World in 80 Days, people have been fascinated with hot-air balloons.
