Media Staff 1 full time Media Specialist 1 part time Technician Assistant Tuesday to Friday 4 hours per day Volunteers Parents and community members On average 2 volunteers per day for 1 hour each About 20 different volunteers participate Solicit, schedule, train and manage volunteers Volunteer availability causes additional challenges

Questions Who would be supporting the teachers for technology integration? Who would be running the many enrichment programs in each of the schools? Who would be developing the library collection for the student population, classroom and community needs? Who would be suggesting appropriate books for reading level or development for our students and teachers? Who would be teaching the Media program guidelines to our students? Who would provide authentic cross-curricular technology integration exposure for all students? Who would be preparing our students for learning in the 21st Century?
