STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS GASOLINE FILLER SYSTEM for GA Shop GASOLINE FILLER SYSTEM

SOR FOR ASS’Y SHOP GASOLINE FILLER SYSTEM CONTENT Main features * Introduction * Common rules * Warranty * Environment and utility * Project management * Documents * Responsible Technical features * Concept of M&E (idea) * Features of M&E (specifications) * System layout and general view

SOR FOR ASS’Y SHOP GASOLINE FILLER SYSTEM Main features * Introduction . Gasoline filler equipment was installed in 1-2 line of 2nd Final area by Insoo Machinery Co.,Ltd. in 2013 (GA shop) Gasoline filling layout

SOR FOR ASS’Y SHOP GASOLINE FILLER SYSTEM Main features * Introduction An operator using barcode scanner of GASOLINE FILLER equipment scans barcode of each vehicle and indicates model of vehicle. Equipment fills a certain amount of gasoline after indication of vehicle model.

Technical features * System layout and general view

SOR FOR ASS’Y SHOP GASOLINE FILLER SYSTEM Main features * Common rules Requirement for updated GASOLINE FILLER: Test-run and supervision should be provided by manufacturer within 2 weeks. The booklet of service should specify service points according to the warning plan. Spare parts should be contain 3% from the total amount of contract and should be provided with parts that may be short-lived or damaged The spare parts used for the appliance should be the same as in the manual. If a device is used by other equipment or interacting with it, it will be shown a drawing, scheme or picture showing how to communicate. Completed works should be documented

Main features * Warranty * Environment and utility Warranty period should be 3 years During the warranty period, the firm shall inspect the equipment once a year. If newly installed spare parts are defected before warranty period, supplier should provide new spare part respectively . * Environment and utility Power – 380 V AC, 50 Hz PLC: ROCKWELL(Allen Bradley) INPUT POWER - 24 V DC

Main feature * Documentation Following documents are required for GASOLINE FILLER system:. Modified technical documentation is required in 3 copies in English language, books and electronic versions. The full description of the parts of the unit, catalogue and specification of the parts of the equipment should be provided. PLC should be included in manual and back up software must be provided in CD or memory card. If HMI MONITOR will be added/installed then supplier should provide communication cable, installation file, HMI back up software in memory card of CD The spare parts used for the appliance should be the same as in the book. Electric control software PLC ROCKWELL(ALLEN BRADLEY).

Main features * Project management In the incoming part of GASOLINE FILLER should be installed counter for gasoline. The amount of petrol must be exactly the same as the amount of petrol being injected. (indicating less and lesser than the amount given). The difference in gasoline flaring should be 50 mL. If air supplies with gasoline then equipment should not count gasoline amount Modification of hardware/software and communication works should be done by supplier Changes in pressure does not impact on gasoline counter, counter value should be correct in any pressure.

Main features * Responsible Hamidov Axror. Jurayev Shuhratbek, Umarov Hasanboy. Maintenance team Engineer Abdunabi.Muminov@gm.uz, Ahror.Hamidov@gm.uz, Shuhratbek.Jurayev@gm.uz, Hasanboy.Umarov@gm.uz 33-41, 33-49, 33-50

Technical features * Conception of M&E Requires to use quality spare parts produced by manufacturer
