ROOM CARDS***** (NEW POLICY) Room cards will be distributed a different way this year. In the past we have had many problems getting our medication forms and medication for students handed in on time. Thus….We have changed our policy!!!!! Room cards will be distributed by Mrs. Camilli once the medication form and medication have been handed in. Each student will receive his/her individual card. Dates will be set up for you to bring your medication form and medication to school. There will be three (3) different dates for you to choose from. These dates will be March 19, 20, 21. Times will be sent home via email. All medication and forms need to be handed in by these dates. When you bring in the forms/medication you will be given a card for your child. These are specially designated cards with your child’s name printed on in. Only using this card can students form a room group with his/her friends. These are special cards and can not be duplicated or substituted. Rooms will be only be made when the medication forms have been turned in and your child has received a card. Once an entire group has brought in medication will they be able to hand in their cards. However, if you DO NOT turn in the medication form/medication and your child’s friends have formed a room and turn in their cards, there is NO GUARANTEE that your child will be put into the room or on the bus of their choice. DO NOT BE LEFT OUT!!!!
