AP ECONOMICS: March 19 (sub) IF YOU WERE ABSENT YESTERDAY: Pick up handouts from yesterday from sub and get answers from fellow students; AND pick up your notebook from boxes on front table Learning Target In order to understand how money has evolved over time to meet the needs of people everywhere, I will analyze the different types, characteristics, and functions of money. I will know I have it when I can: (1) differentiate between the use of bartering, commodity money, and fiat money; (2) explain the functions of money; and (3) explain the characteristics of money. Use textbook Types of Money (read pp. 234-235 closely—note role of fiat money) Complete HOs from yesterday (use textbook when needed) Complete Module 23 Handouts --23.4, 23.5, and Money Summary Using Self-Correction Handout from yesterday Study the three self-correction scenarios (remember we will have a quiz on this material by the end of the week) Assignment --Make sure you have completed GC Assignment #18 (portions of Modules 19 and 23) --go to www.albert.io and register using XPOYLXFGHKAB (all caps) and complete the five multiple choice practice questions (by Friday)
