Game-Based Online Safety! Activities developed by the eLIM EdTech team and SASP to teach Online Safety through game-based active fitness bursts Remember to include ‘Game breaks’

INSTRUCTIONS Select a few appropriate ‘Game breaks’ to include other online safety messages during the game. Practise actions for each of them with the class. Split the class into teams Using any equipment you have in school e.g. cardboard boxes, teams build towers After an agreed time limit, teams take it turns to try to knock down each others’ towers using soft balls or beanbags Encourage the children to communicate respectfully as they play Include ‘Game breaks’. When a game break is called everyone stops to do an appropriate action
