What is SOLVIT ? Network of 30 national centres helping citizens and businesses to enforce their EU rights by Solving problems caused by incorrect application of EU law by national, regional or local authorities Centres are part of the national administration

Which problems can SOLVIT handle ? cross border element specific obstacle for individual citizens and businesses caused by incorrect application of EU law by national (incl. regional and local) public authorities not (yet) before a court
