Otherwise, we only have your name and e-mail address to identify your payment. You do not have to set up an account. Click continue. On the next page please indicate whether you are paying by credit card or bank account. The payment will automatically be sent on the current date. If you set up an account, the system will allow you to enter a future date. Enter your e-mail address. At the end of the transaction you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
