For-Credit Programs

Employer Engagement (3) Champion Level · Provide paid/unpaid internships for students · Provide professional development and industry certifications to faculty and staff. · Provide scholarships for students · Utilize Bossier Parish Community College for incumbent worker training (1) Support Level · Display program marketing materials (flyers, push cards, business cards) on jobsite. · Provide facility tours to faculty and program staff · Provide letters of recommendation or support to Bossier Parish Community College if needed · Refer unsuccessful job applicants to Bossier Parish Community College programs (2) Partner Level · Classroom observation · Classroom presentation · Provide facility tours to students · Participate in mock interviews · Participate in résumé workshops · Participate in job fairs at BPCC · Participate in student interviews for successful completers · Attend advisory board meetings · Assist with curriculum design · Consent to use company logo on preapproved marketing and advertisements
