Supporting a Yoga practice Continued Is he or she taking a class that best meets their current needs? Is there a helpful intention, mantra or quote from yoga that could be used for nutrition interventions? Can a yoga experience relate to an experience with food, body, shape, exercise, emotion? Hydration- before, during and after a class? Are they adapting postures as needed or ignoring their body? Does the studio have mirrors? How is this affecting their body image and perception? What type of messages are being integrated into the class (weight focused, appearance, competition vs. acceptance, adaptation, modification)?
