Ms. Nobles’ 2nd Grade Classroom News Week of September 10-16, 2017 Important Information This is RCS Drill Week. We will be practicing our emergency procedures. This Thursday, Sept. 14th, is an early release day. School will dismiss at 10:45 A.M. If your child’s mode of transportation is changing on this day, please send in a note. Please return your child’s signed Progress Report, if you have not done so already. This Week’s Related Arts Schedule Monday: Art Tuesday: Music Wednesday: P.E. Thursday: n/a Friday: Technology Upcoming Events CogAT testing for 2nd grade is Sept. 18th-22nd. The Drama Team after-school dance is Wednesday, Sept. 20th from 2:45-4:30. Those attending must bring in $5.00 and a signed permission slip. Also, children must be picked up no later than 4:30. Reading in Schools Day is Sept. 22nd. We would love for you to come read a book to us! Send me a message if you would like to volunteer.
