January 2001 Key Motions Henceforth have all regulatory issues addressed through and coordinated by the Adhoc Regulatory Committee as currently chaired by Vic Hayes. Carney/Coffey PASSED Move to ask the Adhoc Regulatory Group to initiate a conversation with the FCC as soon as possible to clarify FCC position on high data rate proposals at 2.4GHz and possible revisions of the relevant FCC regulations and rules.
