Grammar: Subject/Predicate Writing: Complete Sentences (5 Star Writing) Science: Mapping Skills Math: Lessons 11-15 Leader in Me: Habit 1: Be Proactive Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind A Note From Your Teacher… Decodable Readers: Goal is fluency and comprehension. Please work with your child Monday-Thursday to master these goals! Please take a look at our donorchoice project: at www.donorschoice.com and then search my name Mrs. Corman. We have a great opportunity to get Weekly Readers to learn about science and social studies. Keep a look out for the SignUpGenuis for volunteering. Helping with students practicing their decodable readers, word list and copies if needed. READ-A-THON: Sept. 1: Packets will come home! September 4-11: Students Read! September 12-16: Turn in pledge forms/reading logs September 16th: Last day to turn in reading logs Many prizes to be given out (see below)!
