As at Friday 18th March the figure below reflects the statistic of what we have for each year including a few from ResearchGate from December 2015. WEBOMETRIC TEAM ACTIVITY REPORT JANUARY TO MARCH 2016 Going Forward: Effective the first week of April, we intend to switch over to harvesting ResearchGate publications onto the website. Within the months of April and May, we intend also to launch massive awareness creation on GoogleScholar and ResearchGate registration with the approval of the Director ICT, using the email facility. It should be pointed out that the drive in January 2016 for google scholar registration was instrumental in placing us 1st in Nigeria and 14th in Africa during the last Webometric ranking on Google Scholar Citations.

WEBOMETRIC TEAM ACTIVITY REPORT JANUARY TO MARCH 2016 Challenges: We need laptops. Some of the laptops we are using are simply not equal to the type of thing we are doing which is quite heavy on resources. As at the time of this writing, some of have packed up. The environment under which some of us work is not conducive at all and that impacts negatively on our output Public power supply is not being favourable to us. This is also impacting negatively on our output.

WEBOMETRIC TEAM ACTIVITY REPORT JANUARY TO MARCH 2016 Recommendations: Windows should be opened up in one of the offices where quite a number of us are working to make for better ventilation. The old materials from admissions office should be removed from the same space as they actually constitute health hazard. The toilet system is bad and should be enhanced so that one can flush them after use. We need at least 5 high capacity laptops with emphasis on speed and storage space. If these issues are rectified, I believe we will do much better than we did in the last three months.
