Presentation transcript:

ENROLLMENT STARTS SOON! Advisors and advising centers have already started scheduling appointments for summer and fall enrollment. If you haven’t already had an advising appontment, don’t delay! Schedule an appointment today! Many degree programs require a meeting with your college academic advisor before enrolling in courses. Meeting with an advisor every semester is beneficial to remain on track for graduation! Be sure to check your myWSU account now to see if you have active holds preventing you from enrolling. Don’t know where to go for advising? Visit www.wichita.edu/advising for contact information, locations and hours. Spring 2019

Shockers Think 30 Completing 30 credit hours each academic year will not only help you graduate in a timely manner, but it may help you reduce your student loan debt and allow you to begin your career sooner. Consider how to reach 30 credit hours creatively. Think about enrolling in a pre-session or summer classes to help you reach 30 hours without overwhelming yourself during the fall or spring semesters. 15 (fall) + 15 (spring) = 30 3 (pre-session) + 12 (fall) + 15 (spring) = 30 12 (fall) + 12 (spring) + 6 (summer) = 30 3 (pre-session) + 12 (fall) + 12 (spring) + 3 (summer) = 30 Are you close to completing 30 hours but are a few short? Speak to an advisor about the flexible options for summer classes so you remain on track. Spring 2019
