LO: TBAT carry out an inquiry about fractions Title: Fractions Inquiry

Over to you In pairs, work through the inquiry. Use your A3 sheet to help you write down your findings and your thoughts. It is important to make a note of examples that do work AND those that don't work. Ensure that you show your working out on the sheet long with your examples. Think about the patterns that do work. What do you notice? Write these down. Think about the patterns that don't work. What do you notice? Write these down. Don't worry if the things you notice and write down don't turn out to be true in the end. The important thing is that you attempt to spot patterns and make sense of the maths in front of you.
