How you earn A PLAY - AGENTS Energy / HM / Energy Solutions Agent: Daily targets: 1 Care + 1 Energy = 1 play. EE50 included, Kac included (every 3 KAC appliances = 1 care sale). Sales reset every day. Play codes will be emailed the following day. Specialised Agent: HEC/Probate/Customer Relations/Energy /SMART Efficiency/Corres Customer Relations/Customer First/Specialist Referrals. Weekly targets: 1 Care + 1 Energy = 1 play Sales reset weekly

How you earn A PLAY – TM’s HEC/Probate/Smart TMs Weekly target of 50% participation = 3 plays Participation = Agents earning a play in Ignite. ONLY agents taking 40 or more calls will count towards your participation. Customer Relations/Energy Efficiency/Corres / Cust Relation/ Customer First/Specialist Referrals ONLY agents taking 20 or more calls will count towards your participation.

Mechanics…. Mi collated centrally Agent Codes will be emailed to winners the next day. TM codes will be emailed in the following week. If you qualify for more than one code in a single day you will receive all codes on the same email. All play codes will be also available from the history option in the Ignite game. Enter the reference number into the firework game. You will be prompted to choose a firework to decide you prize. 3 fireworks will be worth 1000 Qdos points, 1 will be worth more – THE CHOICE IS YOURS! Prizes are from a guaranteed minimum of 1000 Qdos points up to 10000 points.
