Comments on 2018 ClassiCON (Q16, Q29) Sessions were very informative. Please switch to 2-year CPR certificate by American Heart Association instead of 1-year certificate through American Red Cross. ALICE training with practical scenarios were very realistic and useful. Every department should participate in the training. Retirement and financial planning sessions were excellent.
