The students have been doing a great job remembering to return their RED Folders each day. Have your child return it to his/her backpack after reading each night. Keep working on those 1st Grade sight words! Five words per week is a great goal. If you child is already reading all 100 sight words, please work on spelling and writing the sights words. EPIC! Upcoming Dates I am still waiting to receive a class account for RazKids. In the meantime, we are trying out Epic!, a free online program for teachers and students created to nurture students’ love of reading & learning. Please watch for a letter with your child’s login information as well as an explanation of how to access the program at home, either on your computer or iPad.
