INSTRUCTIONS The following slides are instructions on how to properly perform trail riding on a mountain bike

STEP 1 When going down hill to improve control hover Hover by pointing pedals horizontal to ground

STEP 2 When going up hill assume standing position over seat put some weight on back wheel to keep it firm on ground switch bike into low gear to make it easier to pedal lower the gear, less resistance will feel.

STEP 3 When going over bump/object before contact pull up on handlebars This makes it easier for front tire to go over

STEP 4 front tire has gone over a bump/object lean forward on the handlebars, point your feet down towards ground lift back tire up and over with legs Make sure you have momentum before hand
