WIOA System Integration Local Boards convene the local area system Local Boards enter into an “umbrella” system MOU with all 17 required WIOA partners and appropriate additional partners Local Boards procure the One-Stop Operator Local Boards designate and certify the One-Stop Centers

BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT PURPOSE Increase training related employment by aligning supply with demand Convene, collaborate and communicate with employers, the One-Stop Delivery System, the Board and the public on business and employer needs Develop strong partnerships with employers and community partners Offer, promote and deliver comprehensive recruitment services in conjunction with system partners Utilize all forms of media to communicate our programs and services including radio, television, social media, websites and more.
