Today’s warm-up will require you to pick one of the following “nonsense proverbs”…

“Beauty visits once a year. ” “Bad news is the best medicine “Beauty visits once a year.” “Bad news is the best medicine.” “Silence makes the heart grow fonder.”

“Strike while the head wears the crown “Strike while the head wears the crown.” “A rolling stone is worth two in a bush.” “Uneasy is the head that gathers moss.”

Now, write a poem or short story that addresses or otherwise explores the meaning of your chosen “nonsense proverb”… Wise
