THE PROGRAM The Certified Team Builder CTB Workshop, is a certified program of the Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants, IPRC Nigeria, done in partnership with Boardroom Partners and Services Limited. It is a knowledge and skill building workshop The workshop is for supervisors, team leaders and line managers to deal with problems related to the workforce using leadership skills

LEARNING OBJECTIVES At the end of the session, participants will be able to; explain what team building is: discuss how to deal with goal setting, goal getting, goal keeping, team monitoring, coaching and counseling: state the steps in creating motivated, team-oriented and productive workforce to achieve targets and maintain a competitive edge: and identify methods appropriate in building a strong leadership team

THE PROGRAM HELPS IN Examining leadership styles that are exhibited by successful managers Exploring techniques for aligning individual employee motivators Creating a motivated, team-oriented and productive workforce Confronting problems and resolving conflicts Bringing up techniques to deal with employee challenges such as squabbles, complaints and laziness Establishing the importance of developing good relationships with employees and peers
