Future work for task force Develop scenarios to understand how the two organisations will work together: Fire in offices; SEC transport hitting G04 He tank; Target crane drops load onto ESS installation. Clarify communication between the organisations for accidents, incidents and emergencies. Define how to inform ESS communication department for incidents on site that are not escalated to the CMT or SEC ERT. ESHAC 9 – October 2018
Areas for ESS to address Develop ways of prompt communication to ESS Area Co-ordinators and Installation Co-ordinators about an emergency. Training of ESS Area Co-ordinators and Installation Co-ordinators. Cover for ESS Area Co-ordinators outside office hours Sufficient first aiders for all areas of site, or ability to call in.
