Intervention: A program, policy or popular practice that focuses on changes

Why develop interventions? To improve the well-being of the community To understand problems To keep doing better

When should you develop an intervention? When a problem needs solution When your organization has the resources When it is appropriate for your organization to solve the problem

How do you develop an intervention?

Define the issue Decide on action Gather information Decide who needs help Involve potential clients Identify and analyze issues Set goals and objectives
