Drifting Along A danger for Christians (Heb. 2:1) A danger for Churches (cf. Rev. 3:17, 2:4)
Drifting Along It requires no effort Often, you are not aware of it Usually a gradual process (cf. 2 Pet. 2:1)
Drifting Along It can be avoided (Heb. 2:1-3) – NEGLECT! It can lead to disaster! (Jas. 5:19, 2 Pet. 2:20-22, Heb. 10:26-31)

Signs of Drifting Are your brethren less important to you now? Rom. 12:10, 1 Pet. 2:17, 2 Thess. 1:3, Jn.13:34-35 Who would you rather be with?
Signs of Drifting Is your interest in souls weak? 2 Cor. 5:10-11, Acts 8:4 How much effort do we put into reaching the lost?
If so, you may be drifting! Signs of Drifting Are you in a “rut”? Is your fervor weakening? Is worship boring to you? Are you just maintaining? If so, you may be drifting!
