Deleting an Incomplete Requisition or Requisition Line Lesson 7 Deleting an Incomplete Requisition or Requisition Line

Lesson 7: Deleting an Incomplete Requisition or Requisition Line Should you find that you no longer have a need for what you’re ordering and you have not sent it for approval, its Approval Status is “Incomplete”. To remove the incomplete requisition from the system, you will have to delete it. Log on to the system and view the Navigator screen. Double-click on Requisition Summary.

Lesson 7: Deleting an Incomplete Requisition or Requisition Line Note: If a requisition is added in error and the requisition status is incomplete (it has not been submitted for approval), the requisition may be deleted. Select “Headers” in the Results box in the lower right corner and click on the Find button. The following screen appears: Place the cursor in the number field to select the appropriate Requisition and click “Open”

Lesson 7: Deleting an Incomplete Requisition and Requisition Line Click on the red “X” on the tool bar. Then click “OK” in the action box asking: “Delete this record?” Your requisition is now deleted. You can also delete any lines as required as well. You will need to have the requisition open, be clicked into the line you would like to delete and click on the red “X” on the tool bar.
