Company Pod information Reminder of what’s included in your workstation? Small counter (size: 35” x 24”) and chair Monitor (32”) Electricity outlet Wired internet connectivity (one cable) Logo signage (above the monitor)  Equipment: Each participating company is responsible for bringing its own company equipment (including a computer) to the event. Please be mindful that all equipment MUST fit within your workstation. Monitors (32”) will be provided -- VGA and HDMI cords will available if the request has been received in advance. Pod Seat selection will begin next week: Based on membership category and sign-up date

Open to individual company giveaways. Also looking into to giving attendees a raffle ticket for an item such as Iwatch or other (again, depending if there is enough in the budget for such an item). Open to other suggestions.

Flyer and Press release CTI Interop Showcase Flyer – Any volunteers to help with: Crafting the showcase messaging in the flyer Graphic designing (designing the flyer – note: printing will be handled by OASIS) Press Release – Call for Quotes Foundational and Sponsor members participating in the RSA Interop and Showcases may submit a quote (75 words or fewer) in support of your demo. Your quote will be included in the body of the press release. Please email quotes to me by Tuesday, 7 Feb. Be sure to include a name and title at your organization for attribution.
