RC Questions – Family Frequent Communication How frequently did the care providers in each of these groups communicate with you about the care provided to your child during their time with the Neonatal Program? Timely Communication Did the care providers in each of these groups communicate with you in a timely way about the care provided to your child during their time with the Neonatal Program? Accurate Communication Did the care providers in each of these groups communicate with you accurately about the care provided to your child during their time with the Neonatal Program? Problem-Solving Communication When problems occurred with the care provided to your child during their time with the Neonatal Program, did the care providers in each of these groups blame others or work with you to solve the problem? Shared Goals Did the care providers in each of these groups share your goals for the care provided to your child during their time with the Neonatal Program? Shared Knowledge Did the care providers in each of these groups know about the role you wanted to take in the care provided to your child during their time with the Neonatal Program? Mutual Respect Did the care providers in each of these groups respect the role you wanted to take in the care provided to your child during their time with the Neonatal Program? Additional Questions How long has your child been receiving care in the Neonatal Program? I feel the care providers listened to my wishes and included me in making decisions about the plan of care for my child. I think the care providers worked well together as a team in caring for my child. Overall, I feel satisfied with the quality of care my child received in the Neonatal Program. Have you participated in the Neonatal Follow-up program?
