Planned Implementation - details Median of the average ratings for the self N.B. This looks at relative trends within the data for the self and all the other raters. If the self has rated themselves low in all Behaviours, they may still have confirmed strengths which would come from the highest rated of their behaviours. Each 360 report will have its own unique scale (as this is determined by the data). The ends of the axes will be limited by the rating scale, and be an equal distance from the median values. Median of the average ratings for the non-self raters

Planned Implementation - example 3.8 This (extreme) example shows what would happen if the self has rated themselves very negatively over all Behaviours. A “Confirmed Strength” is a Behaviour that is considered one of the strongest areas by both the self and all other raters, regardless of the absolute ratings. 2.4 1.0 3.4 4.7 6.0 Self rater: 1.6 Non-self raters: 5.3
