Data Governance and Management Skills Data Governance and Management is a relatively new discipline. The skills required bridge the Gap between Business and Technology They are essential to ensure Data and more importantly Information is managed and delivered to the business in a format that they can easily and readily apply. To understand what skills are required we must understand the following: Where and how does Data Governance and Management need to be applied? What are the elements that constitute Data Governance and Management? What skills are required and how do those skills interact with other skills sets within our businesses?
