2019-05-14 What do we know? We know that we live in a world that is changing constantly. We know that travellers have different needs and we can’t really view travellers as a homogeneous group. We know that we have to shift from a mind set where we are just driving buses and trains to taking responsibilty for the travellers complete journey. We know that in order to make public transport attractive and accessible for our travellers we have to involve our travellers. Through market research. And using methodologies in a way that suits the people we are asking.
