Stakeholder Engagement Board The Stakeholder Engagement Board will provide input to MSPTN leadership and implementation teams to ensure that practice transformation efforts reflect stakeholder priorities, and are sensitive to patient, family and clinician needs, and adequately engage local community resources to enhance care delivery. The Board will also provide guidance on how best to promote communication on the progress of MSPTN with clinicians and communities. The Stakeholder Engagement Board will meet every other month and communicate via email as needed to addressing issues as they arise.
Roles and activities Possible roles : Input on practice level activities (e.g. are practices considering health literacy?) Dissemination: patient champions to bring info to practices Assist with trainings for practice coaches Feedback on PTN materials (e.g. toolkits, opioid materials) Assist with trainings at regional summits or other education formats Participate as members of SWAT teams Participate in email listservs (e.g. pediatric practices)
