What did you change? Focusing on strictly dressage Only use jumping to improve dressage Less first time riders More goal oriented beginner students More well schooled lesson horses Showing privileges may be earned New goals to aspire to for increased client retention
What is your concept? Educate children about dressage Bring riders through the levels Have a variety of schoolmasters available for lessons Create leasing and showing opportunities Train FEI Pony Riders Train FEI Junior Riders
What else are you going to do to market this product? Advertise on company website Advertise with Pennsylvania Equestrian and Dressage Today Certification and website links posted with USDF and CHA Flyers at shows and tack shops Word of mouth
