Proposal Objectives Improve efficiency & convenience of fare payment Speed boarding & reduce dwell time at bus stops Offer discounts for frequent riders Reduce cash payments at the farebox Increase use of pre-paid fare media Increase Clipper usage Increase ridership

Proposal Elements Keep basic fares at current levels Introduce local Day Pass & eliminate transfers Adjust local pass prices according to 2011 fare policy Provide discount on local fares paid with Clipper
