Two options for the next MBP IPA programmes: two big programmes of 16 MEUR in 2017 and 2019 each; one big programme of 16 MEUR in 2017 and two 8 MEUR programmes in 2019 and 2020. Questions: Which option do countries prefer? What other options could be envisaged and why?
