Phytoplankton Uniculture, stained with SYTOX Green. What do we see here? We expect to see G1 and G2/M peaks (we believe R1). What in the world is R2 and R3???? What is so puzzling is the fact that the main clusters of R2 and R3 have the same Green-Fl.-Width and also Green Fl.-Height as the main cluster of R1; BUT... DIFFERENT AREAS!!! How can this be?? How can a peak have differerent areas but the same heights and widths?? All ungated R1 gated R2 gated R3 gated Any clues are more than welcome!!!
