Instruction for work group 1 Evaluation Process Participants: 2 – 3 from Montenegro + 1 – 2 from EU partner Aim: to define an evaluation process for the new master study program at UDG Outcome: A word document within approximately 3 pages (see next slide for a proposed structure) (in English) Presentation of the results: Today (23rd )15.00-16.00

Instruction for work group 1 Structure for word document Chapter 1: Quality assurance requirements for example, Law of higher education in Montenegro Chapter 2: Evaluation and quality assurance Where is this process located in the quality assurance framework at UDG? Chapter 3: Responsible board at UDG Who will organize data collection, data analysis, and feedback? Chapter 4: Management of results Content of the report on evaluation results, feedback to teacher and students Chapter 5: Evaluation process WHO is doing WHAT and WHEN concerning evaluation (see example for a table on text slide)

Examination commitee Decides which courses are to be evaluated in the next semester and informs study management Beginning of semester Study management Provides evaluation survey forms and informs students and teacher on the upcoming course evaluation End of semester (before the final examinations) Collects results and provides report to examination committee Two week after end of evaluation Examination committee Discusses evaluation results of all courses and decides where a talk with the teacher is necesaary End of semester Informs teacher on his/her own evaluation

Instruction for work group 2 Evaluation questionnaires Participants: 2 – 3 from Montenegro + 1 – 2 from EU partner Aim: to develop questionnaires to evaluate different levels (course, instructor, curriculum) Outcome: Questionnaires (with questions & answers) for Evaluation: of the course in general of the instructor of the study environment 4. Presentation of the results: Tomorrow (24th) 10.00 -11.00
