ASTRA AlUMNI How can we maintain links with our ASTRA members? How can we create new Altrusans? ASTRA Alumni Program Must be 18 years or older to participate. Complete Alumni form, Alumni member’s detailed information will be recorder in Group Tally. Alumni member’s will be able to update their personal information via Group Tally.

ASTRA AlUMNI Keeping in Touch Via Social Media – Alumni connections Alumni Newsletter Reaching Out Clubs can request from the International Office assistance with connecting with ASTRA Alumni members in their area.

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS Make being a part of Altrusa so positive that in 50 years these young professionals are raving fans of Altrusa, Supportive of young professionals joining the organization, Our Young Professionals Program has 7 steps, It is not a quick check the box exercise but will take a concentrated effort and commitment.

Pathways to LEADERSHIP – MENTOR PROGRAM The Mentor Program is available to anyone in the organization. Members start with a Sponsor but can also be paired with a Mentor to help develop the Member’s leadership skills. Why be a Mentor? To rededicate yourself to Altrusa and to make a difference.

Pathways to LEADERSHIP – MENTOR PROGRAM How will it work? Members wanting a Mentor will complete a Mentee Application Form and send to their District Leadership Chair.

Pathways to LEADERSHIP – MENTOR PROGRAM How do you become a Mentor? Complete the Mentor Application Form and send to your District Leadership Chair.

Pathways to LEADERSHIP – MENTOR PROGRAM How do we match a Mentee to a Mentor? The District Leadership will review the needs of each Mentee plus the available list of Mentors, and he/she will  then send the Mentee information regarding their Mentors so that a selection can be made.

Pathways to LEADERSHIP – MENTOR PROGRAM Once the connection is made the Mentor and Mentee will notify the District Leadership Chair that the match has been made. The relationship will normally last a year but could potentially be longer.

Pathways to LEADERSHIP – MENTOR PROGRAM At the end of the year the Mentor will advise the District Leadership Chair that they are once again available to be a Mentor.

Pathways to LEADERSHIP – MENTOR PROGRAM The District will facilitate the match where the Mentee is starting their Altrusa leadership journey i.e club leadership and entering District Leadership, International will facilitate the match where the Mentee is completing their District leadership journey and entering their International leadership journey,
