MCMUD Nos. 8 & 9 Facilities Water System Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District (“LSGCD”) Mandated in 2016 to reduce groundwater usage by 30% In lieu of joining the San Jacinto River Authority Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP), MUD Nos. 8&9 created their own GRP Constructed a Water Well in the Catahoula aquifer at the MUD No. 8 Browning Water Plant A 2nd Catahoula Water Well is under construction at the MUD No. 9 Buckingham Water Plant Both Catahoula Water Wells are jointly owned 50/50

MCMUD Nos. 8 & 9 Facilities Wastewater Treatment Plant MCMUD No. 8 is the owner and operator of the WWTP Reserved capacity (MCMUD No. 8 = 45%, MCMUD No. 9 = 55%) Permitted to 800,000 gallons per day (gpd) Currently under construction to be expanded to 1.25 MGD 19 Lift Stations 8 in MCMUD No. 8 10 in MCMUD No. 9 1 at the WWTP

1.25 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant Contractor: ALLCO, LLC Contract: $21,804,200 Construction starts in January 2019 Total Contract Duration = 26 Months Phase I: new construction (east of pipeline) to be complete by June 2020 Phase II: existing site (west of pipeline) to be complete by June 2021 Currently permitted for 800,000 gallons per day Expansion to 1,200,000 gallons per day (ultimate of 1.6 MGD)

MCMUD No. 8 – Drainage Improvements Contractor: Rebel Contractors, Inc. Contract: $1,000,000 Construction started in November 2018 Completion in April 2019 Includes 5 Zones throughout the District Street regrading storm sewer street inlet & piping improvements Adding drainage overflows directly into Lake Conroe
