“GDL” license * * * What does it mean to you?
Level 1 Learner’s Permit 1st 6 months restrictions require that you always drive with another licensed driver. Licensed driver is parent or guardian. Licensed driver MUST sit in front seat. Licensed driver must be at least 25 years of age, and have driven for 5 years or more. Can have only family members as passengers in back seat.
Level 2 Learner’s Permit 2nd 6 months restrictions allow you to drive unsupervised from 6 AM to 10 PM. After 10 PM, you are again required to drive with another licensed driver. You can carry only 1 passenger while driving unsupervised.

7 - A loaded tractor-trailer traveling 55 mph requires about196 feet to stop, as opposed to 133 feet for a car. HOWEVER, when trucks’ brakes are hot, the stopping distance can increase to over 600 feet.
