ISCO legal framework No 1983/2003 EU-SILC (list of target primary variables) No 1738/2005 structure of earnings Commission regulation, amending the previously mentioned 4 regulations by just replacing "ISCO 88 (COM)" by "ISCO 08". Until now, data on occupations according to ISCO was provided in a gentleman's agreement basis.
