Abstract This poster presentation describes how the non profit Information Service, Gifted Resources supports, encourages and celebrates the abilities of the gifted by disseminating information about the services available to cater for their needs. Acting as a signpost to sources of information and service provision, Gifted Resources functions as a library, bookshop, news service and service locater. Utilizing a website and email newsletter it assists in communication and networking between those involved with the care of gifted students Through the presentation of seminars, guest speakers and film discussions, Gifted Resources acts as an educator on topics related to giftedness and seeks to help increase knowledge, dispel myths and celebrate achievements.
