E-rate 2016 / 2017 Total of $20,000 to $25,000 rebated (working on more) Individual non-Madison libraries will receive rebates between $298 (non-library equipment year and $1700 (library equipment year) Did not purchase as much equipment for SCLS HQ as anticipated 2016/2017 iBoss fees were not subtracted Checks will be distributed with next SCLS board cycle

E-rate 2017 / 2018 Most libraries will break even after iBoss fees are subtracted Plus some additional savings for SCLS HQ WiscNet equipment In library equipment for some libraries

E-rate 2018 / 2019 Potential for savings on: Existing libraries New Firewall Replacement for Enterprise Wireless system In library equipment Existing libraries Will receive report of rebate for 2016/2017 Potential savings for 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 Will need to make commitment or withdraw by December 31
